Order Processing

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next applicable business day.

Please remember that processing time and shipping time are separate. Selecting a faster shipping service affects the estimated carrier transit time after shipment and does not necessarily shorten order processing time.

Processing times may occasionally be longer during periods of high order volume.

Order Tracking

Once tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

You can use your tracking number to follow your shipment's progress with the applicable carrier.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after a shipping label has been created, as carrier systems may not display movement immediately.

U.S. Delivery

UFashion currently ships to eligible addresses within the continental United States.

Available shipping services may vary depending on destination, package weight, and other shipping requirements.

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and accepted by the shipping carrier.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed by UFashion.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to eligible destinations.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination, package, carrier service, customs processing, and other factors.

International shipments may take approximately 7–21 business days or longer after shipment, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

UFashion does not control customs processing times or fees charged by local authorities.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

We believe thoughtful packaging can make a difference.

UFashion uses eco-friendly packaging materials where applicable, including lightweight poly mailers that help us reduce unnecessary packaging while keeping our fulfillment process efficient.

Depending on the size, type, and needs of your order, products may be shipped in poly mailers, boxes, or other appropriate packaging materials.

Our goal is to package your order responsibly and efficiently while helping protect your merchandise throughout the shipping process.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain addresses or destinations may not be eligible for shipping.

UFashion currently does not ship to:

• PO Boxes
• APO/FPO addresses
• Restricted destinations or locations not supported by our available carriers

Shipping availability may vary depending on carrier services and destination requirements.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

These can include:

• Severe weather
• Carrier disruptions
• Holidays and peak shipping periods
• Customs processing
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
• Regional transportation delays

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, transit and delivery schedules are managed by that carrier.

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your order, including your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP code, and other applicable delivery information.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or returned packages.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact UFashion as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or shipped.
